Construction Management essentially consists of management of all on site activities during the course of a project and shall include the following:

• Designer supervision by various discipline specialists such as civil, steel structure, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation etc.
• Site works monitoring and control by planning engineers.
• Certification of site works contractor bills by relevant supervisors.
• Assistance in start-up and commissioning.
